Handmade Marbled Paper expertly crafted by second-generation Florentine marbling artist Laura Berretti on acid-free paper in Florence, Italy.
These papers are perfect for book covers, end-papers and decoupage. Your paper is supplied rolled and complete with a mailing tube.
These are traditionally marbled papers using special combs, styluses or rakes to produce classical patterns that include peacock-tail feather, stone marble and veined marble patterns, French curls, sun spot and dragon skin patterns. The Marbling process is repeated for every print, each sheet is slightly different and each pattern is unique.
Paper Size: about 70 cm by 50 cm (i.e. 27.3 inches by 19.5 inches) = B2 size
Our marbled papers are available either as single sheets or packs of 3 sheets of large, B2-sized acid-free paper. B2 paper is 70 cm by 50 cm (i.e. 27.3 inches by 19.5 inches) and is designed to be intermediate in size between A2 and A1 papers, it is (1.42 times) larger than A2.
They are suitable for Book Arts, Invitations, Framing, Box Making, Collage & Assemblage, Lampshades, Decorative Bookbinding, Bookbinding End Sheets, Gift Wrapping, Rubber Stamping, Card Making, Decoupage and Origami.
